I just took my IS in for its 30K maintenance. Cost me $500. A couple of days later, I noticed a gurgling sound coming from my dash area when I put my car into 1st gear. I think it is from the air-conditioning? Could it be from the clutch?

Check your radiator fluid level (when COLDD).

Most likely low and the noise you hear is the coolant/air going thru the heat exchanger for the a/c unit in the dash. Add more water, preferably distilled.
