Is this bumper an actual Carson Tuned bumper or is it just those other L-Tuned knockoffs? I maybe interested in it depending on what type of replica it is.

Heres the pics of the wheels, most of the crap you see on them are not scratches, the wheels just need a good cleaning, wheels are straight, and the scratches are an easy fix.
