I'll be as descriptive as possible so here goes:

I got this noise on the front driver noise. it sounds like a constant wobbling tire. There is no brake pedal vibrations or steering wheel vibrations rather a pulse that is in sync with the tire wobble sound.

While I'm driving anywhere between 20-40mph you can feel it on that foot rest and the steering wheel. When I hit the brakes you can feel that same pulse on the brake pedal.

Once I start going over 40 and freeway speeds you can only here the wobbling tire sound. You can't feel the pulse anymore.

I know for sure its not:
-Uneven tire wear
-warped rotor (I've had this before and its horrible)

Any ideas what it might be?

It could be the tire belt borken intenally, ran your hands on the tire thread and see if there is an unveven thread like it sunk from the rest of the tire thread.

Or it could be your ball joint is worn and has excessive play.

Don't think its a broken internal belt, when I had the tire off i ran my hand over that one tire and it was fine..

How do you check ball joints?

Could it be a messed up wheel bearing by any chance?

Jacck up or put car on lift, the check both front wheel for play.

If the thumping sound sounds like an airplane, then its most likely a ball joint
