P.S. I just tried the rubbing alcohol to remove, but it didn't work out. :(

here's a quick pic of my windshield, and it's AFTER I washed the windshield!!!

just bring it back to the shop?

i would just bring it back to the shop, they probably will use the paint thinner to melt those unwanted paint off from your windshield.

or you can just use the razor blade to scrape off little by little.

good luck!

no need for thinner

just use windex and a razor blade

scrape in a 30 degree angle
minimizing the possibility of scrathing the glass

Thanks for your opinions. I brought it back to the shop last nite and they used brake cleaner and whipped off.. and it somehow works, but not as clean as before... :(

the windows will be fine with a good cleaner and a razor. I would be more concerned with the paint on the body. Im sure its all over. Check it and have them get your car detailed and clayed somewhere.

like everyone said, have the body shop clay off the overspray.

if you prefer not to go back for whatever reason, here's what i did when my dad was spray painting something and paint got under the garage door and all over my sister's new mercedes;

1. dust car with cali duster
2. used mothers clay bar (from kit, includes clay, lube, wax) and the lube to get all the overspray off the body panels, tailights and windows.
3. used bug and tar remover to get the paint off the moulding and plastic.
4. washed with dawn.
5. washed again with car soap.
6. waxed.
7. waxed again.
8. waxed again.
9. told my sister to stop crying like a tard and that she owed me tint
10. waited 1 year for her to get me tint, she said f u, i got tint myself.
11. plot to kill my sister.
12. changed my mind and plotted to run into her room at 3 am wearing scary mask
13. got lazy and fell asleep with hand in pants.
14. 2 years later and here we are.

no prob.

note, the car was pretty clean to start with, ie she just washed it hours earlier. if your car is dirty, id wash it first, then clay, then wash and so on... and check all the panels, i was surprised 1. how the paint went under the garage door and all over her car 2. where the paint laned (everywhere) 3. how much of a whiney bitch she is.
