I state trooper actually made a u-turn and chased me down in traffic to give me an illegal tint ticket. Do you think I should fight it since I purchased the car used with the tint already on it with an inspection sticker on it.

I wouldn't bother fighting it. You shouldn't drive with an illegal tint :shame: :shame: You could make the claim you were planning on removing the windows, but a judge will probobly say you know you were buying something illegal; unless you bought the car like last week.

Thanx for the help but I ended up getting the ticket reduced and only had to pay the court costs.
