I bought my car, had no problems, then the plasic undercarriage plate broke. I brought it in for 7500 mi. checkup and explained the problem, and they said they'd order the part. I've since called several times and they either say it isn't in stock yet or that they have to get back to me... I'm tired of playing games, is there any way to go over the dealership's head to file a complaint?
