Thats a little high, my girlfriend just bought a 2002 w/ every option minus nav for 16200 and it had 64k miles.

Thats great. Around here, 2001s like mine sell for $20-22k at dealers.
If I were in a market where these cars were more common, then a lower price would be in order. But I'm not, so the price is what it is.
