Okay, pull all the body fasteners for the bumper cover off of the back bottom of the car. Remove the thin strips from the inside back portion of the wheel well (along the edge - 2 small screws, 1 large screw on bottom of car). Then remove cover at the rear portion of the wheel well - 4 large screws. When you are on your back, look straight up where the bumper cover attaches to the rear fender, right next to the wheel. You will see a silver screw. Pull that out, and all you have to do then is pull it away a bit and take a 10mm box end or open end wrench and the rest is a breeze. Did not time it, but it was real easy. Mind you this was the second marker. The first one was done the typical pain in the butt way. Check out the picks, note arrow for screw location. Sorry for the small pics, working on a pic host so I can get decent ones.

Hope this helps,

Entropy

Could not remember if the silver screw was in it. No worries and no big deal.
