Cariza, the IS's bolt pattern is 5x114.3 which is 5x4.5" so the bolt pattern should match up. The offset, I'm assuming 5.95" backspacing means the distance from the back of the rim to the hub mounting surface. The offset is the distance of the hub mounting surface relative to the center of the rim. So 5.95" would be:

5.95" - 4.5" (rim is 9" and the center is 4.5") = 1.45" or +36.83 mm, in other words, you're going to have to shave or roll your rear lips.

Also keep in mind the hub bore on the IS is 60 mm, make sure the Cobra R rims are the same size or larger. If they're larger then get some hub-centric rings. Hope that helps.
