Can anyone tell me how to change the bulb for the fogs on the 08 IS. i just want to do it the right way. i don't want to mess up anything. Thanks

on the drivers side there is a little panel you remove on the splash shield.(under the front bumper) The passenger side is a little more difficult as you have to pull the fender liner back. Turn your steering wheel all the way to the left. Just unscrew the bottom two tabs and carefully pull the fender liner back. Be careful not to touch the new bulbs.
