called and asked about the lexus 2002 and spoke to the finance manager and told me you know that it is a bright red and i told him yes then he said since i paid more than half for the car that i will not need a deposit for the order and that i would be taken care of and he would make sure that the sales man that helped me would take care of everything.

Mine was the 2nd Lexus from my dealership, and my recently traded his GS400 for an LS430. So we have a good relationship with the dealer...called him up the other day, he said you don't need a deposit...said my word is good enough. He assured me I'm on the top of the list (which is growing fast). I'm thinking Red Manual, with the Nav, full leather, and, if they change the design on those 18s, I'll get them too. Otherwise I'll stick to the 17" rims.
I can't wait...

There is no red that is too bright. The brighter the better! The hotter the better!
The best red I've seen is on the BMW 3-series and it's called "Bright Red". That's exactly what it is, BRIGHT RED! It's the hottest red I've seen on the roads. It'll sting your eyes if you stare at it in direct sun shine.
