I am using the Tien basic coilovers, the setting is at its lowest. My question is will a front and rear alignment fix the problem of the inner wear of my tires???

You will always have negative camber wear unless you buy a camber kit or aftermarket a-arms with camber adjustment...Once you lower your car expect to live with negative camber (which isnt a bad thing if you enjoy winding roads)...Camber gets some of the blame for inner tire wear...If your toe is out, expect even worse tire wear...Wrong toe settings will destroy your tire in a matter of months...So YES get you wheels aligned ASAP after installing shocks/springs...

If your setting it to the lowest then no you wont get the camber in spec, but if you do a 1 inch drop you can still get the adjustments within spec.
