To answer your question, there are a ton of people that make eyelids that fit both the IS300 and IS200/Altezza. The headlights are the same size. Here are a few brands that make them: Tom's, Blitz, Cwest, etc...

As for your second question, I dunno what the hell you are talkin about... I never knew we had rear foglights  :-?

Yes, we do have rear foglights. They are the two lights located at the trunk.

you can get those clears on EBAY. there are tons of them.
Foe the rear foglights you may wanna contact a dealership in Spain, I know they have them because "jruhi" hooked me up with a Lexus IS brochure from there and there is a pic of it. I figure it will prob. be manufactured in Japan, so maybe one of the guys here that import that stuff can help.
i've always thought of the lights on the tail of the car as tail-lights... i mean, the purpose of foglights are to guide you through fog (and to look cool 8) ) which is why they are normally put on the front of the car.
Sweet! Good Ol Ebay. Do you think its considered RICE??

Auburn (funny there is an Auburn state in Sydney..not very safe either hehe) The rear fogs are for cars behind, when its real foggy, the car can follow your rear fogs, too bad if YOU drive off a cliff, he'll probably follow hehee.

But some people hook them up as brake lights, but they are kinda bright

Some VWs come with rear fogs, at night it looks like one of their brake lights is out. I believe its illegal to have 2 rear fog lights because it'll be confused with your actual brake lights. Not much use here in cali, but I'm sure its useful in Europe.

I've seen Mercedes have them too... i think they are wired up to the front foglights.... those foglights are bright as hell too.
and you're right..it's only on one side so it doesn't confuse other drivers.
you guys don't have to be d*cks and rag on him... as a matter of fact a lot of places overseas require a rear fog light. it is typically a red lens with a really bright bulb.

as someone mentioned above, mercedes have them here in the US, which is why sometimes you see them left on and look like broken tail lights..

Word.

Those of you who are raggin' on him are idiots. It just goes to show that you guys are not as educated on cars as you thought you were. Rear Fog lights have been around in Europe longer than some of you have been alive.
Guys, I didnt take any offence (I didnt even know they were bagging me out!!) but thanks for the support.

Maybe the IS300's are different in the States, but I have a button next to the ignition saying "rear fog light"

But anyways, what about Eyelids? Any pics I can see whats out there??

I will also try and find a pic of the clear fog light.
Dude, I wasn't raggin on anyone. I just thought it was funny how he called them rear fogs. I haven't heard car companies call them rear fogs in the US. It sounds like the rear fogs are the inner brake lights that we have. No need to get pissy about it. And also, if you looked above that, I DID try and help him out with the eyelids so obviously I wasn't tryin to be a dick about it at all.
the Rear Fogs are not a seperate unit. They are integrated into the brake lights. Usually only one side. it will light up the bulb (as if you stepped on the brakes). The European models have a switch that will turn on that one bulb to make it brighter at night in the fog.

So to clear your confusion, I believe he IS talking about the same trunk lights that are on our car, except he's got the Fog Lights integrated in them.

BTW, he clearly stated that he's an Aussie..which should have given it away that he has rear fogs.
