well im thinking about getting a is300 and before i do i just want to know whats out there for different intakes and exhaust setups with the best gains, so if someone has a link that has info or just wants to tell me that would be awesome thanks.

Tons of setups. The choices are limitless. Do a search and type in HKS, Greddy, PLP, SRT Intake.... any of those queues. Seriously, all of your options will give you a headache.

there isnt a cold air intake out for the is300...although i have seen a guy that made his own...i think
