So my cel has been on for some time now. I have a bad cat as well as a bad o2 sensor. My question is, if i install an o2sim. will this pass emissions? I understand that I have to put some miles on the car before I get it retested. The only reason I am going in this order is because I have some headers on order, but I need to get emissions done before the headers will arrive.

It depends on your location, if your area actually uses a sniffer in your exhaust to measure exhaust gases you will likely still have a problem, if they just do a visual inspection and check for CELs than you would be fine with an o2 sim.
