Is there anyone in the Dallas,Texas area who has the ECU and TRAC upgrade. If so where dealership did you obtain it from? I'd like to speak to a honest dealership service manager. And did you find any real difference in the perfomance?

I had to talk to several different people at Park Place Lexus in Plano, but finally found someone that ordered one for me. That was 2 wks+ ago and haven't heard back yet.

No upgrade yet here either. I supposedly had my Trac ordered by Park Place in Plano back around May 23. This is an unacceptably long wait in my opinion. I called the 1-800 Lexus number and they couldn't pull up any info because my car supposedly doesn't qualify for the TSB, and I bought mine 11 months ago

I'd be interested to know what others have found when calling the 800 number.

Could anyone there tell me what's going on with our "TRAC"?? Why we need to replace the "TRAC ECU"??
