i went in for my service today and everything is in....BUT, there's a problem. they said that the system is down and they won't be able to complete the update until sometime next week when the uplink (?) is fixed. they said that the system that they need to connect to on the east coast is down so it's probably gonna affect everyone's update! at least the parts are in my car! woo hoo!
