I was driving the other day and I noticed a weird noise. I press the brake, and shift from park to drive. I let go of the brake really slowly and I hear this weird "groaning" sound; like someone who had to settle for an inferior car like the CL because they couldn't afford the IS. :p (j/k)Anybody else have this problem? (with the groaning, not the CL)

if you release the brake very slowly, it would be the grind of your brakes losing friction with the rotor? if not that, then i don't have this sound.

yeah i think it might be because your brakes are losing grip on the rotor. I get that sometimes after i wash my car.

only when i pickk up chicks in the back seat j/k
but seriously, it happens when you wash the car, it sounds really bad but when the brakes dry its all good. did you wash the car that morning or the night before? i usually wash my car at night and drive it into the garage moaning and groaning and in the morning when i back out it still moans, then it stops when the brakes dry.
