Why do you want to use race fuel though?

Using fuel above 93 octane won't do anything good for you unless you have a modified engine (high compression) or are using forced induction (turbo, supercharger, etc.)

Some types of racing fuel would ruin your catalytic converter and make you fail emissions tests.

One of my cousin is modifying a GS430 engine and the last production engine on the Supra. I have no idea what he is planning to do, wanted to know if i wanted the GS430 engine. He was telling me that both these engines requires a minimum octane of 100.
