If I get the F-sport springs, should I also get the F-sport shocks if I don't really drive hard and just want the 1" drop?

Do you know the spring rate difference between the two? If they are within a few percent, you could get away with it in that regard.

The bigger concern is the shock length. It's very possible that they used shorter shocks on the F Sport to match the lower spring rate, to make sure you aren't hitting bump stops.

What I DO know is that the F Sport shocks are actually Bilstein HDs in disguise. That's good: super high quality monotubes, they will last a long time, perform well, and are rebuildable and revalvable in case you ever want to tune it up for performance. A few years back I built a race coilover set out of those shocks a few years back that competed in the 25 Hours of Thunderhill. They work well!
