I had gone to the lexus dealer in oxnard to get a dome light plastic piece cover. i ordered the parts an went back 3 days AFTER they told me it would be there. I went there and the guys looked everywhere for my order. The computer said they had it but it was no where to be found. They guy offered to send it out to me. I live in Santa Barbara which was about 25 min from the dealership. The guy asked me if i wanted a hat or keychain to make up for the drive. So i took a keychain. When i went out to my car to put my keys on it. guy came out and had found my order. The guy gave me it and said keep the keychain. So that made my day. Seem like good people there. Would go back
