want to know if any place do custom expel for the rmm front lip?

absolutely. I called the place where I orginally had mine done and the guy told me he can come out with a scanner, scan the bumper, and then make custom pieces.

Of course there is an added charge for the extra work.

Unfortunately, I got lazy, never had it done, now I have friggin rock chips all over my front bumper issed:
