Hi, I recently joined and have been researching my issue as much as possible. I have an 03 IS that I just got as a project. It has had code P2102 throttle actuator control motor circuit low. I have swapped the entire throttle body with a known good one and the code still comes up. I have been going through wiring and I haven’t found any issues yet. Does anyone have readings for the volts I should be getting to each wire on the throttle control motor? The TCM does hum when I turn the key to on without the engine running. The car has been in limp mode and the trac off light flashes. Even after resetting the ECU the code immediately returns. I’d like to check the ECU for proper voltage. Thanks for any help!
