I need to replace my clutch, anyone recommend a shop in kc. also how do i find out what my optionsare for replacement parts

Hello out there, i have had a lot of people view my question, but no one has made any comments I would love the input please.

Even if you can tell what type you have or what you would recommend

thanks i will check that out

I am looking for an affordable aftermarket clutch somehting around 500-900 for both flywheel and cluth.

Also my dealer said they had to replace the flywheel when ever they replace the clutch is that a recommendation or really true.

not necessary unless it is really worn down. Check RPS out. They make nice high quality aftermarket clutches/pressure plates.

Make sure they replace the pressure plate bolts(if they remove it) as they are one time use. A friend of mine lost his right leg just a couple inches below the knee because he reused the bolts and he didn't have a scadder shield when his tranny blew. Also replace the pilot bearings as well as the throwout bearing.
