Mmm.. Nice and clear inside... now all i need is some lexan polish / scratch remover for my drivers side fog, and all will be fine and dandy.

i know how to take them apart. i painted my fogs, but i dunno u can sand the yellow part. thx tho!

nice i did the same thing to mine took me a really freakin long time like you said. oh yea tell us how the lexan works for you because my headlights and fogs lights are in really bad shape. looking good

Looks ok. I really prefer the yelow though...so much that I took apart a set of JDM fogs and replaced the clear lens with yellow ones. :jawDrop:

wetsand 600, 800, 1000, 2000 and then hit it with a polishing compound.
After that you'll want to expel them or something.

the purpose of wetsanding with such a high grit sandpaper is to remove as little as possible.

If you want, you can wetsand lightly and clearcoat and it will probably fill the small pits.

If you're nervous about cracking you can expel it.

actually, the lense is pretty good material, quite rigid and not britle at all. I went to town while sanding, but took a different method. 60 grit, 100 grit, 150, 250, then hit the 1000, then 2000 grit sandpaper to wetsand. It worked out quite nicely, as you can see

i just get it till its almost clear, but not fully, then take it to the 1000 grit. When thats even more clear, i take it to the 2000.
