i know this is a problem with the VIS hoods, i know TRD doesnt, but whats more affordable without the gap in the passager side?

if you are talkin about gaps between the hood and the fender, all you have to do is loosen the bolts holding the fender to the frame and push it in and retighten

dude it happens with the VIS hoods from what i have heard, I have nasty ass gaps on both sides of my hood, and the weave is pretty crappy, guess i just didnt get a good one, but loosening the fenders and pushign them in sounds like the way to go to maybe fix it, good luck

I musta got a good one, because my VIS hood has no gaps and the weave is very nice.

I have heard horror stories though...

yea, one outta every few VIS cf hoods comes out kinda wierd..

overall mine is nice and fitment is great.. there are obviously a few very minor things, but maybe im just super picky? lol..
(yea, im picky about my is300..just ask anyone who knows me.. :D )

Just had my Vis hood installed on my 2003 Onyx IS... NO GAPS! Great Pattern! Great Price..

This was my first real Mod and my first post.

Love that carbon fiber...
