Both the P0420 and P0430 are catalytic converter codes. Both indicate that the O2 sensors downstream of the catalytic converters (Bank 1 sensor 2 and Bank 2 sensor 2) are reporting that the catalytic converters are performing below the minimum threshold. Either your catalytic converters are going bad or the O2 sensors are going bad. For a little more information on O2 sensors and simulators: http://my.is/forums/f67/what-02-sensors-what-do-they-do-341415/
