Can someone tell me if my car is clear coated or regular pai

I see that zainobros offers polish for
both clear coated and regular paint. I have no clue what the difference is.

Hurry so I can order the products asap!

By the way, I have a black IS.

well i'm glad we settled that one. the question i have is why isn't there a clearcoat on the black car? what are the disadvantages?
