Camber Question

I was talking to the service manager at a local Toyota dealer's body shop the other day. The guy said that camber on our cars is not adjustable at all. Now, this sounds a little odd to me considering a lot of people on these boards keep saying how they lowered their cars and brought them in for an alignment to get the camber within spec. The guy said that our cars have dedicated camber, meaning there is no true adjustment for camber...that you have to manipulate the entire sub-frame to adjust the camber. And if you look at the bolts on our sub-frames where the camber is supposed to be adjusted, the bolts and holes are circular, not ovular, so there is no room for adjustment.

He even called in 3 or 4 other guys in the shop to varify this. But it doesn't match up to what people here on .net say.

The in-spec camber for the rear is a range between -1.4 and +1.xxx but is the camber actually fully adjustable in that range?
