Interesting holding in today's LA Times concerning a local lawyer who tried to jump on a used Jag at Westminster Lexus at a price
which was typographically incorrect in the
newspaper ad. He sued, but the court said
that where there is a LEGITIMATE mistake in the ad, the would-be buyer loses. But if the
dealer is screwing around, you might be able
to get the car at the screw-around price.
