Pulled over on the side to the thruway after feeling some vibrations to find that my rear left wheel was missing a stud and lug. Happened just after pulling out of the gas station. The one stud was broken off completely and the other lugs were a little loose. Any longer on the road and I think the wheel would have fallen off I dunno how the lugs could have gotten so loose.

I think i'm going to get all 5 studs replaced before I do any more driving. Anybody know how much this is going to cost me? Is this something I can do in my driveway?

loose lugs , are you sure someone didnt try to steal your rims the night before?

yeah it was under warranty for me, but this is not always the case though, depends on the dealer

At any rate...studs are super cheap to replace.

gonna try to get the dealers to replace them, but i doubt it'll be under warranty. They'll prolly blame it on my aftermarket wheels. Guess I'll find out soon enough.
