how long did it take anyone to break in or have there computer get used to the SRT intake and the ECU piggy back

there is no break-in time. Plug and play.

The ECU however, takes some miles before it re-adjusts after each reset (whent he power is cut), regardless of SRT piggyback or not.

This question has been asked a million times before and while I'm NOT gonna be that asshat that screams "Do a Search" I will tell you what I think I know...

Your ECU should "learn" the new component in a week or so of driving... however you will find that people are going to post after me saying "No, its 20 key rotations", or "No! Its' 2 weeks of driving". I've heard different things from all sorts of people (including the Lexus Central Region Certifed Techs that train our dealership techs) Nobody has given me the same answer yet.

My ECU though, has learned my new components in about a week's worth of driving.

Your car will take a few miles to learn the new set-up...after that...get up and go. 8)

the reason why i was ahving problems with my SRt intake / ecu was solved once the srt guys came to my house...there was a peice of the red filter plastic stuck in the sensor...thanks for the help...but i was just confused with my cars performance that is why i asked adumb ?....my car wouldnt go above 1,000 rpms if i asked why is it doing that no one would know ....and i appreciate the help..but there is no need for people to get so angry when a ? is asked twice...i got nervous and thought my car was ruined...thanks again

everything works fine...the plastic was smaller than a pebble and I was lucky that Mo the owner of SRT even noticed it in the dark the other night...i luv the way it sounds...the only prob is hp is addictive and eventually im going to want more
