i was getting my windows tinted and talking to a guy that was going to buy a new is for $25,800. is that true?

Well, he probably meant it was new to him... not necessarily fresh off the lot with less than 10 miles.

Are you sure he didn't say "SI"?

$25,800 is not even the invoice price on the base model
