just got back from the body shop where they are fixing my front end impact. it needs a new fender and repainted bumper. but i have a question about the repair process that i thought someone here would know about.

i needed to get my insurance card from the glovebox so i stopped by this morning. the fender and bumper are both off as i would expect, but so are several interior panels and the cup holders. i trust these guys a lot, but i'm just curious what they could be doing under there.

They took the interior panel out, because they might be repairing/replacing the quarter panel where the fender damage is.
