Check your fusses. Also make sure your knob is turned to bright. I know this seems stupid. But it does happen. Otherwise a connector is not hooked up.

Where did you get the blue bulbs?

Most led bulbs are online from lots of places. Just look for the style and size bulb in led. It is not hard. There are several threads on replacing the bulbs/ Do a search and read.
