I was going to buy the IS300 about a month ago, for almost 39k. i had lex fever so i was ready to buy but my girlfriend told to wait and see if anyother dealers would give me a better deal. anyhow i just got off the phone with another dealer i found through the net, i was quoted 33,557.00 for a SBM/Ivory, fully loaded. i plan to buy this car cash(check of course) so far this is by far the BEST deal i have found, so before jumping on it i wanted to know what everyone else thinks. btw thats including tax

31,900 before tax / 34133 after tax. I think it's best to discuss the purchase price of the vehicle w/o tax as it differs all over the country. 33,557 is a good deal after tax (or about the same if it doesn't have LSD).

Buy it, buy it, buy it...you'll love it. BTW, SBM is *THE* best color. And congrats on the killer deal. With the 6 grand you saved, you can add a turbo or SC (and buy winter wheels - you'll need them). Or you could buy your girlfriend a $6k diamond for the good advice.

I don't understand why people are always talking about after taxes. Since taxes vary depending on state it would be easier if you just post before tax prices.

I mean how do you deal when you go to the dealership? Do you deal the price that included everything or what's off the MSRP?
