Try using carsdirect.com as a price guideline. Somebody used it to purchase their IS3 for a little above $27k. Not too shabby.. no nav of course.

I would highly recomend Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett they have an incredible staff. Everyone from the sales floor to the service dept is top notch and a pleasure to deal with.
