Just installed Axxis Deluxe Plus. Initial feel - it has better bite when it is cool than stock pads. Brake pedal feel is still progressive like OEM pad. Definitely better braking performance that my 70% worn OEM pads.

Sorry didn't get on the track yet so no Performance review.

Cost.
Got pad from Ebay - local seller. $85 frt & rr set local pickup
Turn rotors - $15 front only. rear rotor still smooth
disk brake quiet -$2.25

Just slightly breaking $100 mark for both axle. Sweet.

I also painted the rusty rotor with "High Heat" Aluminum. So rotor looks new for now. Let see if the "high Heat" paint will withstand the temp. $5 for spray paint if you want to tally that too.

Report back in after a few 100 miles. I am curious if they start to squeak on you.

Thanks
I 2nd this request.
I plan on stepping "down" from my current Axxis Ultimate pads...when they wear out. Too aggressive for the street.

DAMN.. I hear a very little squeak. However I think I didn't use enough disk brake quiet compounds. or I'm missing them somewhere.. Well, I'll go buy the stuff I usually use - disk brake quiet spray and redo the brakes again.. I think that is mainly the problem. Ill report back when I redo the disk brake quiet compound.

Good post. However, some pads will still squeek depending on how agressive they are. I did that same break in procedure on my Ultimates, still get the squeek cause of the type of pad. Switching to Deluxe + as soon as I can get a day off work.
really? hmm. I have the axis ultimates and never had a problem with any noise. Maybe because I did so many 140-20's  8)
