I installed my hotchkis sways last week. I used a grease gun and greased up the polyuro bushings. Recently they are making a noise from the front bushings which is really annoying every time i go over a small bump! Im gonna try re tighting the bolts and regrease it but is anyone having the same problem?

double check the end bolts using an allen key/combination wrench? sometimes it seems tight when using a rachet to turn it but actually isn't.

Also check the bolts that attach the bushing brackets to the car. That's where mine were loose. No more rattles.

Make sure you use a "non synthetic" , "non lithium" chassis lube... The Lithium wears thin and is bad for the bushing...

I had mine on for about 3 weeks and only used the supplied grease. I did not pump it up using the fitting yet. no noise yet either.
