I always have problem to get onto carsdirect.com..........everytime my browser freezes when I try to access the site. Anyone has the same problem? Does that has something to do with my internet service provider?

i just priced an IS on carsdirect and the MSRP was 34,000 something but the cardirect price was only 30,000 something. how do they manage to cut 4 grand off the price???? so has anyone bought there IS or any other cars thru carsdirect?? was it a hassle??? did it go smoothy? how was it?????

When carsdirect.com used to be greenlight.com, I considered using it thinking I found a great deal. Then I discovered is300.net (back in december) and found that people were getting it for much lower prices. Basically if you want a no-haggle price that most people would probably get without major negotiations, go for it, but you can do better.

You musta priced out a bare-boned IS on the site my friend. With every option, carsdirect.com listed the IS at just over $33k. And this is before taxes I believe. You can do better.

Try emailing lexus dealers within 50 mile radius of your home -- I did and I got emails and phone calls within minutes. I bought the car the next day.
