any idea when 2002 will be in showrooms??

I am waiting on a 2002 model...for reasons I don't have to include...and was wondering if anyone knows when they are expected. I saw a post that said late August but usually new models are in late September, right?? If you know a dealer or distributer let me know. Something besides just rumors.

I was just at the Dealership. They don't seem to know much. The best guess is some time in August.

You probably see an '02 IS in the show room at your local Lexus dealer in August, but will take time if you order one (late september)

the Lexus web site says "August". Click on the "IS" link. Then, select "News & Awards". then, click on the article that talks about the debut this summer.
