I don't think you can. With the Altezza grills if i remeber right the emblem on it is an Altezza sign not a toyota.
Why not buy the grill w/o the Lexus L and just buy a set of L emblems and stick 'em to ya hood?
the altezza grill is pretty damn sweet compared to the plastic one on my IS, but the altezza logo is triangular/diamond shaped so i don't think you can just stick the round lexus logo on the altezza grill without modifying it.
The Altezza grill is plastic with no Toyota logo, just a diamond shaped Altezza sign. Trust me, the Lexus grill looks so much better on this car. I paid an outrageous price to get a Lexus grill to change mine. Believe me, it wasn't the Lexus prestige I wanted. I just wanted anything but that stock Altezza girll.

If you want to sell your Altezza grill, I'll buy it. How much would you want?

Thanks...

Mark
i think i'd rather have a chrome version of the Lexus grill
the altezza one with a L taped to it doesnt seem up to par with what i deem fit on a Lexus
The grass is always greener on the other side.

mryuen,

Oh man, if you had asked me that question 6 months ago... I got rid of it together with the Altezza emblem in the rear. (Now I have Lexus IS200 grill and emblem on my Altezza.) Man, when I got the Lexus grill thru an import parts shop, the outrageous price I had to pay... We could have exchanged it and both of us would have saved so much money... Man, I should've kept them grills.
Altezza,

How much is the Altezza Emblem (Diamond Badge) and the lettering logo ("Altezza") cost in Japan? Is there a way I can import that to the US? I know the Badge won't fit on the grille but would the lettering fit on the back where it has "IS300"?
The red diamond shaped Altezza emblem is a part of the grill, they are not sold sepearately. Moreover, I don't think you can take the emblem off the grill in the first place. The dealerships only sell the grill itself. The stock grill will cost around US$300 I guess. You'd have to buy them as service parts, hence the high price.

The rear emblem will be around US$7-10. But this is just a guess too. If you take off the IS300 letterings, you can certainly stick the Altezza logo. Both IS300 and Altezza emblems are just stuck on the panel with a strong adhesive.

In order to get these parts, I guess some customizing or tuning shops in the US will be importing these Altezza goods in the near future. (Maybe some already have.) Or you can ask someone living in Japan to buy it at a local dealership and send it to you by mail.

If you're wondering if I can help you, I'm posting a message on the Altezza forum.
...how about the sport mesh grill from Europe that is available for the IS200. I think it looks pretty nice and even comes color matched (we don't have all of the colors they do though). What I really want are black chrome/black pearl emblems, now those are sharp

The Altezza grills are around US$200. I said they were around US$300 before, but I checked the Altezza accessories catalogue and they were'nt so expensive afterall.
