I will be getting my Tein ST installed tomorrow. My question is, will I need a wheel alignment after that?

Yep get an alignment after 200-300 miles so that the springs will settle in, then you'll be good to go

Yes, wait a week or two and then get an alignment. Alrediii was correct, your springs need to settle.
