Dont they overheat and melt ? I remember reading something on here about them going bad also.

Ive had mine for over 5 monthes now, its fine. Dont put it where there is a ton of heat. I located mine in the space where the cluthc resoiver is by the fire wall. Mounted it vertical in that area.

only heard MSD DIS-4's overheating alot of crappin out and that the AEM was the replacement.

it can happen to both...mainly due to the placement of them....doesnt neccesarily make one better then the other though as they perform same/similar function
