um...
what kinda question is that.....? :-?
you shouldnt be asking this... as it is different on all cars...
timing could change the characteristics of hp/tq curve, too...
its all trial-and-error, so pay some money and let the shop do it for you.
tell us if tuning the exhaust cam is worth it...
good luck :D

Lexus IS300 '01-'02 : The IS 300 has Variable Valve Timing which means your intake cam and valves are being constantly adjusted for maximum power. The exhaust cam and valves are not being adjusted at all. We have found that using a cam gear on the exhaust side can add up to 9 hp! It is recommended that only a skilled mechanic install and tune any cam gears due to their difficulty. The intake cam gear is not required. We have found that setting the exhaust cam gear to -4 marks on the cam gear (-8 actual degrees) will yield the most gains.

I made 10 rwhp with the cam gear but keep in mind I have force instruction!
So a car without supercharger or a turbo might only make 4 or 5 rwhp.
