Whats that in US Dollars. I'm too lazy to look up the exchange rate.

Doug stop talking out of your azz. It shares about 20% with the new Mondeo platform. The DB7 drivetrain is based on 2 "Taurus" V6 engines mated together and will beat most cars on the road. Ward's 10 best engines, Panoz, Qvale don't seem to have a problem with Ford drivetrains. C&D even says this of the DB7 vantage "Aston Martin Symphony for 12 cylinders and 2 exhausts is the SWEETEST sound on tuned pipes this side of J.S. Bach himself." Maybe you can educate them. NOT.

Keep in mind that British prices are inflated. Jag wants to position the X below the S. My guess is $35k for a loaded 3.0 X-Type.

UK GS430: $53,620
US GS430: $47,355

I don't think this is a competitor to us since it's a convertible roadster thingee. I think it wants to compete with the SLK and Boxster, since I think they're more similar.
