Im not sure who this was, and I didnt get to see the plates, but there was someone with a black turbo IS in town yesterday afternoon...I saw the front mount from across the street and heard the exhuast, but couldnt turn around to follow or see the plate when I passed...sittin on stock wheels, anyone know who it was? I know there's a guy with a boosted white one and Ive talked to him on here before, but if this guy/girl with the black one is still around hit me up, we should get together
