Not my purpose to start flames and flare ups, but would like some opinions on whether an offer for a 02 WRX and 5K for my 01 IS300 is worth it.

aw c'mon, you're not able to make a decision like that on your own?
If you're looking for specific facts, ask em...
why not sell your IS for a kia sephia... that's my advice.
