So I bought a is for $400 got a really good deal. It has alot of miles and dealer told the lady she needs a motor. I put it back together and it ran fine so I bought a 2JZ GE non vvt-i engine not knowing any better because I'm new to the scene but I only paid $400 for the engine and it has less than a hundred thousand miles on it I'm wondering how and what I need to put this motor down in my car do I need a new wiring harness is that something that I can get from a junkyard because there's plenty of Lexus is around here in the junk yards and what ECU do I need to run and is there anything else that I need to worry about because I know that the non vvt-i motors can handle a lot more power

There are major differences you will have to swap ECU, engine harness, at least one body/chassis harness among other things. It would be much easier and probably cheaper to buy a VVTi used engine. Or just buy another car, the best choice unless you want to spend many hours swapping components.
