I am getting the DPW IS next Wed!!
How do i know which year (b4 2001 or after 2001) is the IS produced??
which part of the car do I look at??
do all IS parts come from Japan??
i hope i got the newly produced one not 2000 one..........

uhmm...all is300s are 20001 model, but if you're talking about the production date. check the VIN# and there should be a date somewhere on ur car that tells you when it was produced.

 

[IS300GTE]

usually you can find that info on the inside of the frame of the drivers door, or the inside of the drivers door. it should be a white sticker with black writing, and be underneath the catch and stricker for the locking mechanism.
